The grounds and Fairview facilities are available to Fairview members and non-members to rent for parties or events. A reservation fee must be paid prior to the party or event and all rules and regulations followed. Non-member Guest fees will be added to your account at the time of your party. The Fairview host will assume all responsibility for the behavior of party guests and any damage to the property.
Reservations and Fees:
Fairview members: $50.00 non-refundable reservation fee + $7.00 per non-member guest
Non-members: $150 non-refundable reservation fee + $7.00 per non-member guest
After Hours Parties (after 9 PM finish time)
Fairview members: $100.00 non-refundable reservation fee + $7.00 per non-member guest
Non-members: $200 non-refundable reservation fee + $7.00 per non-member guest
Parties of more than 25 non-member guests will incur an additional lifeguard fee of $10 per hour per lifeguard.
Additional charges will be incurred for damage to the property or excess cleanup needed.
Refreshments: Party hosts may take advantage of our Seahorse Café for burgers, hot dogs, personal pizzas and snacks, as well as soda, water, teas and juices. You may bring your own food and drinks as well. Hosts are responsible for all food and party cleanup. Trash cans are provided.

Party Request Process:
Please complete the party request and contract. The Fairview manager will contact you within 48 hours of receipt of the form.
