Fairview is a volunteer run facility owned by its members. Fairview is unique in that we do not receive funding support from any HOA or organization (outside of annual sponsorships). Our Club relies on volunteer efforts to operate and maintain our facility and grounds year-round. We count on volunteers to keep the fun going all summer long (and beyond) to make sure our snack bar stays stocked, to plan social events like Movie Nights, Trivia Nights, and our 4th of July party, and to help out with facilities and grounds maintenance and repairs. It is imperative that our members support this shared obligation to ensure that our Club continues to thrive.  

To foster a larger volunteer base and to raise funds for our continued operations and future improvements (including member requested ones!), Fairview will assess an annual Maintenance Program fee of $100 that will be due at the time of Membership enrollment. Members that fulfill their annual volunteer commitment by completing 3 hours of volunteer work for Fairview will receive a $100 snack bar credit.
